Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Sandia Resort and Casino reservations at (877) 272-9199 or (505) 798-3930. No-shows will be charged one night’s room and tax. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid no-show charges.

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before April 12, 2023, (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick-up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations

*Attendees must make reservations prior to 30 days prior to arrival and identify the name of your event, NMAO Annual Meeting to receive the special rate. After the 30-day cut off rooms may be available but at the current rack rate.

**Hotel room rates are subject to applicable hotel and sales taxes (currently anticipated to be 12.4375%) in effect at the time of check-in.
